What does an Ayurveda programme at Thaulle cost?

The Panchakarma Programme starts from EUR 189 instead of EUR 210 per night (Standard single room) with a minimum stay of 14 nights. The Health & Heritage Programme starts from EUR 161.50 instead of EUR 170 per night with a minimum stay of 28 nights. Both include doctor-supervised Ayurveda, five daily treatments, organic full board, herbal medicine and personal care by Dr. Upul and his team.

How long should an Ayurveda programme in Sri Lanka be?

For a full Panchakarma programme we recommend 14 to 21 nights. Shorter stays are possible, but for the classic cleansing cure we recommend a minimum of 14 nights. The ideal duration depends on your goals, energy level and medical assessment.

Is Thaulle a wellness hotel or a medical Ayurveda hotel?

Thaulle is a dedicated Ayurveda hotel, not a wellness hotel. Treatments are medically supervised, and the resort is certified by the Sri Lanka Department of Ayurveda.

Does the Ayurveda doctor at Thaulle speak German?

Yes. Dr. Upul M. Rajapakshe speaks German and has more than 30 years of experience and over 40,000 guests treated.

What is included in the price?

The price includes five individual Ayurveda treatments per day, medical consultations, herbal medication from the in-house pharmacy, dosha-aligned organic full board, yoga, meditation, shuttle to Kirinda Beach and a lake-view room with balcony. Health & Heritage also includes the complete weekly programme.
