What is the difference between Panchakarma and Health & Heritage?
Panchakarma is the more compact Ayurveda programme from 14 nights (tiers 14/21/28) for an intensive, doctor-led cleansing cure. Health & Heritage is the long-stay programme from 28 nights with a lower nightly rate (from €170 instead of €240) and three included excursion days to Yala, Kataragama and regional temples.
From when is a complete Panchakarma treatment possible?
The minimum stay for the Panchakarma cure is 14 nights. From 14 nights, the full treatment with all five classical cleansing procedures can be built up. Dr. Upul sets the treatment plan individually. The deepest effect unfolds from 21 to 28 nights.
Is there German-speaking medical care?
Yes. Dr. Upul M. Rajapakshe is German-speaking, has 25+ years of experience and has cared for more than 3,000 European guests. He personally carries out the initial examination, treatment planning and progress monitoring. English-speaking guests are cared for by Dr. Nirosha.
