It starts with a thorough medical consultation with Dr. Upul. This is followed by up to five treatments daily, complemented by Dosha-based nutrition, yoga and recovery phases. At the end of your stay, you receive recommendations for nutrition, routines and remedies – so the effect of the cure does not end on the day you leave.
Ayurveda Cuisine: Nutrition as part of the therapy
At Thaulle, nutrition is not a side note, but part of the treatment. The kitchen works Dosha-specifically, follows the therapy plan and uses fresh ingredients from the region and from the hotel’s own organic farm. Herbs and medicinal plants are also partly grown in the hotel’s own garden.

Dr. Upul has been the medical director of Thaulle for over 20 years. He has treated more than 3,000 European guests and speaks German. His role is not representative, but hands-on: diagnostics, therapy planning, progress monitoring and adjustments to the cure.
