An Ayurveda cure at Thaulle does not begin with a treatment, but with medical diagnosis. Based on pulse diagnosis and a case history, a treatment plan is created that brings together treatments, nutrition, daily rhythm and regeneration, and is adjusted by the doctor throughout your stay – up to five treatments a day, Dosha-specific nutrition and a calm, low-stimulus setting all work together.

Dr. Upul leads every cure at Thaulle Resort. With over 25 years of experience and more than 3,000 European cure guests cared for, he medically guides German-speaking guests – a state-registered Ayurveda doctor (BAMS, Ayurveda Medical Council), specialising in Panchakarma, on site all year round.
Dr. Nirosha
Alongside Dr. Upul, Dr. Nirosha cares for English-speaking guests. This means your cure is backed by a genuine medical Ayurveda team – in your language: Dr. Upul for German-speaking guests, Dr. Nirosha for English-speaking guests.

How long – and what happens in that time
The minimum stay for the Panchakarma cure is 14 nights. More time means more depth – here you can see what to expect for each duration.
The minimum medical framework: medical diagnosis, an individual treatment plan, the five classic cleansing procedures and up to five treatments a day. Noticeable regeneration of sleep, digestion and energy.
More time to stabilise. The treatment plan and nutrition take deeper effect, the nervous system settles more lastingly – results hold longer beyond departure.
